issue in output

Sir,
I am working on the phenomenal pipeline, I did all installation and set the environment and everything as per the phenomenal README file few outputs are showing in a notebook but still outputs related to the src folder phenomenal\src\openalea\phenomenal
of these are not showing code run successfully without any error but no output is shown, sir please can you guide me on how to resolve this issue?
