Unable to find ./mpi_test_suite in the command mpirun -np 1 ./mpi_test_suite -h after make

We are building this test suite as documented, our configure command passed and also make, but for some reason we don't see ./mpi_test_suite executable, because of which this below command fails

mpirun -np 1 ./mpi_test_suite -h

Can you make sure that make also generated the cmdline.c and cmdline.h files?
If they are present it would be good to have some more details, e.g., post the configure output.
