Looking for possible enhancements to lower the time when adding an HTMLapp resource to the nation

The virtual intern wiki (190 files & 103 MB) takes approximately:

9.5 minutes on when logged directly into the nation
0.5 minutes to add to Community, then 6.5 minutes after clicking Add to Nation button
