Feature request: Disable specific menus

When you click the AA button a menu opens with multiple options in it such as "Show Top Address Bar", "Manage Extensions", "Website Settings", etc.
I would like to have the ability to disable one of these menus by just hiding button that opens it (for example, just hide one of the button that were described above).
