看起来 ObserableVIew 的 tracking 是同步的 apply closure，而 ForEach 的构造器是 @escaping 的 ViewBuilder，将会被异步调用，这歌 ViewBuilder content 里面对 Obserable 对象的访问在 apply 时没有进入 accessList，导致失效。
