Can we change the oneAPI.com to oneAPI.io on the right hand side of the page?

Might make sense to change oneAPI-tab to oneAPI-sig too, though some links might die in the process. Perhaps we can put redirects in too.

github will do redirects as long as you don't create a new repo with the old name
