MDA Point Reporting: Child level views showing impossible data

On android:
Child count:
The number of children on the app is 11(5 Christina Rado and 6 Sara Fambo)
However, the dose given shown on android is different from what is shown on the web.
On android, there are 3 kids named Christina Rado who have recorded their dose but on web, it shows 4(images below)

Same with Sara Fambo
android: 3 dose given , on web 4 doses given

Total update, the web is the one that is different.
android and database have similar records.
Web shows yes to the MMA drug administered instead of NO.
