For documentation on features like Ona Apps, Filtered datasets and XLS Reports, can we add a line in the first "definition" sentence/paragraph saying "This is a premium feature available in paid plans only" and another at the bottom saying "Can't access this feature? Contact [email protected] (link to plans page) to upgrade your plan".

In the new Wordpress helpsite, we should also make sure to tag with a "premium-feature" tag.

Adding a tag and adding it somewhere on the documentation is good. Do we really have to include this twice?

I also would have a preference to include at the bottom.

We don't need to include the tag twice. I think what Roger is saying is adding a tag something like what github is doing with the labels (correct me if i'm wrong)

The sentence is just for emphasis. e.g "Ona Apps is a premium feature that....." first line....then at the end we add a Call to action to get people to contact us e.g "If you can't access this feature, please contact [email protected] to inquire about upgrading your account"

If this is ok, can we go ahead and update the content?

@msschroeder @COpenda Let's work on a few versions this until we get somewhere both of you are comfortable with... with Megan having the final call since this is the help site.

@COpenda We only have to tag it once. But, what I was referring to was discussion of the feature. I would propose having a Notes section in these premium feature articles and include them in one sentence, "Ona Apps is a premium feature for paid subscriptions. If you cannot access this feature, please contact [email protected] to inquire about upgrading your account."

I think it will just flow better in the documentation as a point rather than two actions. Because the documentation is meant to be more a how to, and this is just an added point.

Cool, that's fine with me.

Add a notes section to premium features (XLSReports, Filtered Datasets, OnaApps, webhooks) with 'Ona Apps is a premium feature for paid subscriptions. If you cannot access this feature, please contact [email protected] to inquire about upgrading your account.'

@COpenda they will also be tagged as premium features on the new help site

@COpenda We have these tagged as premium features on the new helpsite. Do you still think it is necessary to include the notes section mentioned above?

Nice, looks good. Yea, I think it would be helpful to add that note at the bottom, just above the satisfaction survey.
