Add "Request to add a token" on Earn board #555

Most of OMG token holder might have many kinds of Ethereum network token already but the "Earn" board show limited token for stake now.
So I think it will be helpful to add a "Request to add a token" at last on the list for all user to add and stake many kinds of tokens.
