Objectives of the Multicast Kit
===============================================================================

Simply:

- announce : the App announces its services over LAN 

- discover : the App searches for services over LAN and allows to choose one of them.

- connect/disconnect : the announcing server connects to the discovering client

- send/receive : the client and the server can exchange Foundation objects easily
