"/msg ChanServ set #channel autolimit OFF" should remove the limit from the channel #6

Steps to reproduce:

-> ChanServ: set #channel autolimit on
wait for the limit to be set, maybe join with a few clients
-> ChanServ: set #channel autolimit off

Expected behavior:
ChanServ removes the limit from the channel (/mode #channel -l)

Actual behavior:
ChanServ does not remove anything but simply stops automatically adjusting the now static limit.
