could you add a section to https://www.oftc.net/Tor/ to say tor users can't get support
in #oftc from anyone else but staff, unless they get a cloak, and link to the cloaks page.

I spent a day waiting for others to reply to what I was sending :-)

Look at the traffic yesterday in #oftc - I was identified and registered but could only talk to staff - who weren't there for a long time - until I got a cloak, because I was using Tor they said.

As a user I'm expecting that registering and identifying should be all I need, and there's no documentation otherwise. But as soon as I set cloak on I was able to be seen and to speak.

Part of the problem is that it's group-by-group and nothing in the group header message that explains this, or the documentation.
