Project management - ability to post comments on tasks needed

It's great that we can post messages on the project itself.

However, we also need the ability to post comments on tasks. That way, we can have a conversation internally on the task itself. This will keep the conversation within the context of the task. It will keep conversations organized and easier to find based. Perhaps the conversations that are had on tasks can even show up in the list of messages on the project.

Additionally, the ability to @ mention people on these task comments would provide a lot of value. Then the person who is @ mentioned will receive a notification in OfficeLife and, if they would prefer, an email notification as well.

This #1322 is the first step to allow this. Once this is merged, adding comments elsewhere will be very easy.
