Tried sending bitcoin from a 3 signature multisig wallet but I'm almost lost on my steps.

multisig = MultiSigTestnet(sig_x, {sig_x.public_key, sig_y.public_key, sig_z.public_key}, 3)

Can someone help with how to go about this step by step even down to broadcasting. Thank you
