Problem with Eliom_react.Down consuming memory #569

This was reported in
https://sympa.inria.fr/sympa/arc/ocsigen/2018-02/msg00003.html
but did not get much attention. So I try to file it as a bug here, or get some directions on how to prevent it from leaking.

It seems like the server process consumes more and more memory until it reports
[eliom] Async: Eliom_comet.Channel_full mysite.js:7221:1
