【复现路径】之前docker启动正常，但之前不知道什么时候就停止了运行，然后这几天启动oceanbase一直启动不了，报1006错误，如果实在没法启动，有没有什么办法能够导出我建立的数据库数据；

[Reproduction Path] Docker started normally before, but it stopped running at some point before. Then oceanbase failed to start in the past few days, reporting a 1006 error. If it really cannot be started, is there any way to export what I created? database data;

容器是否还在运行，如果还在的话，可疑登陆到容器中看一下 observer 进程是否存在，因为报错是 obd 报出来的，可疑确认一下是不是密码有过修改导致连不上了

我这边是docker启动observer启动报错，不是启动成功了，连接不上
