*Deploy - Microservices

At this point all of the microservices will be ready to be deployed independently and have their circular dependencies broken. We will now remove the dependencies from the Portal monolithic app and turn it back into a microservice. Except for Portal’s production, we deploy each microservice to all their environments.

Note that the deployed microservices will not yet receive traffic. That happens last. This step just deploys the services online and makes them ready to receive traffic. We do not yet deploy to Portal’s production as that will be receiving all traffic at this point. This also means that we will not be able to make any changes to Portal until we finish with the transition.
