Create a PR in Portal which will install the user-centric data models PR and update all the data queries across Portal’s BE. This will not be merged in it yet but will be necessary when it comes time to break the circular dependencies and transition to microservices.

Note that this should not affect Portal’s frontend as the data access-layer should already reflect the clean models.
