Bug: SetProfileParameter doesn't update some fields properly

Expected Behavior

When using SetProfileParameter instead of SetVideoSettings when updating canvas or output sizing to update the ui and outputs

Current Behavior

It doesn't till the profile is reloaded
the settings dialog is correct but it's not "loaded" in the system.

Steps to Reproduce

1. use SetVideoSettings on Video with BaseCX/cy and/or OutputCX/CY
2. the UI/previous doesn't update to the new sizing and if you start output uses the previous dims

Anything else we should know?
