From our meeting notes:

Identify items for which we want affected parts to appear as subclasses (e.g. abnormal retina morphology sub abnormal eye morphology).
Design a yaml file. It’s basically a mix of the abnormalAnatomicalEntity and the abnormalMorphologyOfAnatomicalEntity pattern. Just create a new yaml file in the src/patterns/dosdp-patterns directory.
Create abnormalMorphologyOfPartOfAnatomicalEntity.tsv in src/data/todo/.
