It wasn't until I dug into the issues page and saw your responses did I find out all the ways to inspect the logs, command line operations, checking the settings to confirm enablement etc.
I did not see any of this in the FAQ of the web page:
So my humble suggestion is to make a detailed write up of all these steps somewhere and include a link to it in the FAQ. Either that or just beef up the FAQ with more troubleshooting steps.
