Finalizing oomph installation on linux failed #106

After running the installer successfully, the cleanup of temporary files as well as the execution of update-all-workspaces seems to fail.
There is nothing you can find about failing tasks in the installer log, but the workspace is simply not adjusted:

The cause might be that you cannot even execute the linux scripts as of insufficient execution rights. Same problem as described in themetalone/oomph-fork#4

Nearly fixed :) update-all-workspaces is executed after provisioning.
However, eclipse-main could not be executed due to missing execution rights on the referenced scripts within the scripts folder.
