Embed migrations in the Nexus binary

Embedding migrations directly in the Nexus binary simplifies deployment. It removes the need to load migration files separately and allows deployment with just the Nexus binary. The change should be quite simple.

We have the migrations embedded in the web3-gateway repository, and the experience is good.
