Add ability to change Georgian name of chant #14

Currently, once you create a chant, you can't change its Georgian name.

The reasons for this are twofold:

Don't want to overwrite another chant's data in the database
Don't want to change the url to the chant page, because old links wouldn't work anymore

Ideally, you should be able to create a chant, but...

It will prevent you from changing the name of the chant to the name of another chant
Old slugs would be saved, so that old URLs would redirect to the new chant url
