Log flux.ctl file contents

The contents of the flux.ctl file should be recorded in each log when it is opened. It may make sense to change the format slightly so there is a "summary" record with some version information first. That can be displayed and logged to be informative, and the actual source records only logged to reduce the clutter. Perhaps this can be done in concert with #126.
