update name from logdna to Mezmo

it's a while since LogDna become Mezmo - perhaps create a new package or at least rename the class to MezmoHander using Mezmo instead of LogDna?

Hey @dr-matt-smith , I probably won't do that since I don't use Logdna/mezmo anymore. I also don't use PHP at all these days! Feel free to contribute, I can merge the change and create a version 4 with the "rebranding".
