tldr: everything that is needed for a tor relay (except ansible requirements like python)

• installation

• uses torproject.org repository on Linux hosts

• tor instance creation

• multiple tor instances on the same host are supported / created by default

• key generation (on the ansible host)

• startup configuration

• tor instance configuration (torrc generation)

• key renewal (Ed25519 signing key)
