Decrease item quantity

Would be good if there is a way to decrease the quantity when its not in the stock anymore.

This is indeed a good remark, we considered that this is a very specific case (loss of a drug ?) but we might implement it in the future. perhaps as a separate feature, since it isn't within the scope of adding drugs to inventory.
