Instead of repeating the question in the panel heading and inside the panel, possible titles for:

a. Something like: "Do you agree ... " rest of the question can be placed inside the collapsed panel.
b. Alternatively, can remove the question inside the panel altogether.

Will update the same issue as and when I find additional such situations.
