Ansible and Junos

#289 covers the introduction of Ansible for Networking, generally, but there's a lot to talk about with respect to the integration between Junos and Ansible, way more than can/should be covered in a multi-vendor lesson.

@ShrutiVPawaskar and @shahbhoomi suggested the following outline in #97, and I think it's a great start (and if those two are still interested, I would say they should get first shot, but I'll let the conversation happen below).
