At the current stage, although you can add multiple provider integrations, you can only use the primary selected one

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

One use of this would be for apps working in multiple regions, and wanting to use a different sms provider for each for cost efficiency reasons. With this feature, a different sms provider should be able to be picked for each workflow

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

This feature should enable workflows to pick their providers, or even let each step have a seperate provider for usage of cases of error handling #6092, e.g. when one provider is down
