Small triangles are appearing at the end of certain strokes for most glyphs.
It appears this is due to outside open corners being present in the
.glyphsfile that are removed by the full Glyphs program when exporting to otf/ttf/ufo, but are not removed by the fontmake/fonttools/glyphsLib toolchain (see googlefonts/fontmake#288).Best fix for this is to remove the outside open corners from within Glyphs.
Note: This applies to both Noto Sans Oriya and Noto Sans Oriya UI
