ActiveMapCycle is confusing #58

Crudini parses them in reverse order, and also indexing starts from 0...

So that's how your FIRST custom map cycle becomes cycle 5 in config, and cycle 6 on web - if you have 3 defined.

1st: ALL maps combined
2nd: all stock maps
3rd: all custom maps
