How to stop an ongoing upload?

Suppose I use the web interface instead of the command line to upload a file. If I accidentally choose a wrong, large file, it takes a while to upload the wrong file, and I can't find any way to stop it! Only after waiting half an hour for the upload to finish can I delete the wrong file. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the inquiry. I take this as a feature request for an abort button on the file upload progress.

But, just closing the browser window shouldn't do much harm and abort the upload as well.
