유저가 스터디 신청
- 유저는 관심사 및 지원메세지, github url 첨부 가능
신청시 스터디가 "모집중"인 상태만 신청가능 => 신청 후 pending
팀장이 골라서 팀원 확정
팀원 확정시 모집종료 상태변경
거절 시 거절 사유를 선택해 참가 거절
최대 멤버수가 넘는 경우 BadRequestException
