[NIRPS] time series evolution od fractional difference between eso and apero

step 1: get apero data for a target (choose a high snr, low snr, late m, early m, transot and long sequence etc) need e2ds, tcorr, wave, blaze
step 2: get same data from dace (need e2ds and tcorr)
step 3: get lime definitions from lbl (chalres can help)
step 4: bin lines (10 lines)
step 5: record fractional difference between eso and apero for e2ds and tcorr across time
