Two part problem

  1. Sometimes we stop getting science data on disk - need an apero_check to flag no science data
  2. No science data could be normal - need babysitter to find out if this is normal and then need a way to set this night to True (or babysitter needs to comment) - maybe a list of nights that are verified to not have science data?
