Reload isn't working for HTML, SCSS files #151

When I installed your build I start working on a project and found that html and scss files weren't updating via reload.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install as per instructions
npm run start as per the readme
Edit index.html or main.scss then save
Observe that nothing updates on the browser.

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Firefox
Version: 85
