Where is initialWaitPeriod ?

There used to be a variable called initialWaitPeriod which would prevent notifications from being displayed until the initial period would have elapsed.
For example, you might not want to cross promote apps until after the user has used one for 3 days. How can we still do that now?

I don't think there was ever such a property. Are you thinking of a different library?
