Feature request : Add Mainfeed section

Would be cool when you can add a section “mainfeed” .

At the moment there is on the left sidebar only a point called “tagged” and “unread” .

In the Mainfeed a user should see all articles from all of his feeds .

• as an additional option , the user see a new option to group all article from one feed etc

Maybe I didn't understand you correctly you want a view in which you can see all items from one feed.

That does already exist if you click on a feed in the sidebar you see all items from that feed.

If you want to see feeds without unread items you can enable it in the settings.

here is a good example with that feature :

you have one Main Feed where all articles where grouped 1) after source and/or 2) time.

So a user don’t have to jump between the feeds on the left side .

Oh ok that screenshot explains it a lot better, thanks although I have to say I'm not in favour of adding more features to the current UI. To me it seems to make more sense to re-implement it first.

As Nextcloud and most apps seem to move into the direction of vue.js I think this would be good for News too. But we are lacking a developer that has time and interest to do it.

Is there no active developer at the moment or only no developer for the vie.js project ?

There is no active planed development like you might know it from different projects like the nc-server itself.

I basically took over overseeing the project and I'm the official publisher of the app.

But I don't have the time to work on the code itself. We do have some contributers and I'm very happy about it but we don't have a lot of manpower.

This project is under the nextcloud umbrella but it's all volunteer run, contrary to the server and official apps.
