I'm looking for solution to have e2e encrypted folder shared among NC users/group. After encrypting folder, all options to share folder are missing or grayed out.

Have option to share e2e encrypted folder.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Create account with e2e encrypted folder and share login credentials, however its not secure option.

IIRC sharing is implemented in current versions of both Android and Desktop clients.

Are you perhaps trying to share a subfolder of an encrypted folder rather than an encrypted folder itself?
