I used E2E with Server v27 and client version before Nextcloud-3.11.0-x64.msi (sorry, but your latest version does not work with E2E).
Each time the client syncs some files, the encrypted files are created in %TEMP%, uploaded to the server but never deleted from %TEMP%. In addition to #5302, I also had to execute a "del %temp%*" each day.
