- Remove unused and deprecated cogpowered/finediff, unused php-parallel-lint/php-parallel-lint
- switch to psalm/phar to avoid dependency conflicts
- update packages possible now after no conflicting versions anymore (nextcloud/ocp was heavily outdated)
