[Bug]: Deck-Karten im dunklen Design - Kartenumrandung nicht erkennbar

Bug description

Steps to reproduce

1. Login - Benutzer-Icon oben rechts - Menüpunkt "Aussehen und Barrierefreiheit"
2. Design umstellen auf "Dunkles Design"
3. Die App "Deck" aufrufen
4. => Aufgabenkacheln nicht nicht erkennbar, weil die Rahmenfarbe dem Hintergrund zu stark ähnelt. Zum Vergleich im Screenshot zu siehen: Die Rahmenfarbe der Felder in der Sidebar auf der rechten Seite sind gut zu erkennen.

Expected behavior

Die Rahmenfarbe sollte so gewählt werden, dass sich die Aufgabenkacheln von der Hintergrundebene erkennbar abheben.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login - user icon top right - menu item "Appearance and accessibility"
2. Change design to "Dark design"
3. Open the "Deck" app
   => Task cards cannot be recognized because the frame color is too similar to the background. For comparison, see the screenshot: The frame color of the fields in the sidebar on the right is clearly visible.

Expected behavior

The frame color should be chosen so that the task cards stand out clearly from the background layer.
