dashboard widget: wrong due date filter, language not respected

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have a card with due date in 2 months
2. card shows up in dashboard widget due tomorrow, uses German language (in 2 Monaten) even though my NC language is English (but my browser speaks German)

Expected behavior
card does not show up in due tomorrow & language setting is respected

So the problem from the original post solved itself after a while (the card that was not supposed to be shown disappeared).

Today the problem came up again:

This is on cloud.nextcloud.com - 30.0.1 - cannot check Deck version.

Today, the cards that have been shown in "due today" yesterday are gone, and the ones that were shown in "due tomorrow" yesterday are shown in "due today". There seems to be some hidden due date?! The cards have no comments or other things that I could imagine triggering the hidden due date...
