Nextcloud 18 has been released and the dashboard app still has no release for Nextcloud 17.

FWIW: my policy is I do the major update, when all apps are compatible. So for now I can't update to v17 because "dashboard" is blocking it. I have two options: wait until it's ready, or remove it. 🤷‍♂️

Removing the app is probably the better option because the drama repeats itself with every major release.

Nextcloud 18 is out now for some time, @daita can you make a new release to the App Store now? The Weather app now also has a widget available so it would be good to have it available again.
