First tag with GEANT4-v11

A version of GEANT4 >= 11 must be used with this release.

Latest tag to be used with GEANT4 version <= 10.6

This tag freezes the code before introducing backward-incompatible changes to make nexus compatible with GEANT4 version >= 11.0.
Note that no nexus tag can be used with GEANT4 version 10.7.
