package PCPM prevent from correct venv install #79

Setup.py installs PCPM, but it's setup uses a deprecated name for scikit-learn (sklearn), causing the PCPM install to fail. Thus, PCPM has to be installed manually in the venv first, and removed from the deep_folding setup.
