Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

New feature

Users should be able to filter for subject-sessions that had a specific imaging contrast (T1w, BOLD, etc) acquired (info based on BIDS file suffixes).

Steps to implement

  • Parse HAS_IMAGE__ column and add it to overview datatable.
  • Ensure string filtering works in combo with dropdown session filtering.
