  • Confirm uploaded CSV contains at least one row?
  • Ignore columns that aren't specified in the schema when parsing bagel.csv
  • Error out if missing values for pipeline_name + pipeline_version
    Implement check for missing participant_id and session values #20
  • Check that only values listed in the "Range" field of a column exist in that column
